THE JOB

The “beautiful game” returned to its familiar host Germany with the UEFA EUROS since hosting FIFA Women’s World Cup 2011 & FIFA World Cup 2006. Germany’s organizational prowess was reflected in delivering the game in 10 stadiums across 10 cities and another first as the games was played in what was formerly East Germany. ​

Following the successful program delivery of 2 global client programs for World Cup Qatar, the client ask was to replicate that success in support of varied complex hospitality program needs. These included the provision of seamlessly executed guest transport operations, recruitment, curation and development of cohesive local teams and execution – this time across 5 host cities. ​

No two cities alike- Munich to Berlin to Hamburg to Dortman to Frankfurt. Sustaining optimum service levels against guest itineraries and multiple suppliers throughout required an efficient leadership model with expert adaptability.​ 

THE SOLUTION

A team of 3 global and 3 local team project leaders prepared and managed onsite the 24/7 operations of three blue-chip brand corporate hospitality programs hosting executives & International sponsorship guests across 5 guest waves and 5 cities. ​

Ki-Nitro was tasked with sourcing trusted event ground transport, charter flights coordination, staff recruitment, training and management across 5 different locations in collaboration with clients and secondary agency interface. Multiple itineraries and transport mediums required precision and “always on” real time change management to ensure flawless execution. FUSSBALLLIEBE!
