THE JOB

The Paris 2024 Centennial Olympics represented the re-emergence of the Olympic Games post pandemic “Games” guided by core commitments of inclusion, sustainability and security. ​

Tasked with organizing a games for a “new era”, Ki-Nitro like the organizers had to integrate, innovate and adapt our operational planning in support of the challenges both anticipated and otherwise to deliver our most expansive & high- profile client portfolio to date. ​

The “scalable” service marathon. A team of global and local team members prepared and managed onsite the 24/7 operations of 8 global hospitality programs hosting global celebrities, government officials, senior executives and international sponsorship guests over a 30-day period following a 3 year investment in pre-games planning.

THE SOLUTION

Paramount to the success of our largest Olympic program yet was the investment in our local Paris team and pre-games time event operations. Deepening relationships with local transportation, accommodations and staffing suppliers over the course of several Paris-based “test events” i.e. Rugby World Cup 2023 & NBA Paris 2023 ensured the successful delivery of 8 distinct Olympic Hospitality Programs. Months of intense logistics preparation supporting VVIP delegations & TOP Marketing Partners with the standard of delivering flawlessly. ​

Fluency in both language and cultural business nuances and understanding of the civic and local organizers was key to anticipating the distinct challenges that only Paris’ unique games landscape would bring.
