THE JOB

Football firsts! For the first time in the history of the FIFA World Cup, the "beautiful game" tournament was staged in the heart of the Middle East, Qatar- a country with a population of 3 million citizens on a tiny geographical footprint. Within a 1-year planning cycle, the ask was to support the varied hospitality program needs of 2 global clients with event solutions and curate cohesive local teams in a new but limited sports tourism environment.

The duration of the program was a full 4-week cycle from November to December 2022. Culture meets capacity. Doha, a new city, with physical & local supplier limitations but extreme demands, Ki-Nitro was tasked with delivering varied event solutions that expanded mid-program.

THE SOLUTION

A team of 6 global and local team members prepared and managed onsite the 24/7 operations of two global hospitality programs hosting global celebrities, executives, and international sponsorship guests over a 30-day period. Ki-Nitro was tasked with sourcing trusted event ground transport, staff management, merchandise, and restaurant locations within a market that was saturated by requests with very limited overall resources.
